Check out the South Carolina Writer's Conference

One of the big thrills this year was being invited to serve as the historical fiction faculty member at the South Carolina Writer's conference this coming October. Sounds like a great conference and it's not just about romance writing. Here's the link for those who are interested in honing their craft. One of the best things about these types of conferences is that there's so much time ot interact with faculty and get high quality critiques on your work! http://www.myscww.org/conference

Brenda Novak Auction! Check out all the goodies

For the last few years, I've been participating in the Brenda Novak auction to raise money for juvenile diabetes research. This year, I've got a Bronwyn Scott basket filled with all kinds of goodies like lunch with me, a dedication page, a Victoria's Secret night gown and copies of three Bronwyn Scott books! Plus a book club visit from me. There's a ton of other great things on the auction too. Last year, the online auction netted 250,000 dollars! The auction runs until the end of May, so check it out! Here's the links to make it easy. http://brendanovak.auctionanything.com Then in the advance search box, just type Bronwyn Scott. The basket's up to $91.00 and I'd love to see it go for 200.00, so let's get in there and bid. Bronwyn

Jump in and write a review at Amazon!

Hi Readers, If you've read a Bronwyn Scott book like The Viscount Claims His Bride, or other Bronwyn Scott titles, log on to www.amazon.com find the book and if you liked the book, submit your personal review. Getting 4 and 5 star reviews on Amazon helps titles make some of the listmania lists that Amazon publishes and it's good, inexpensive publicity for your favorite authors. You can also defend your favorites against uncharitable reviews. It's a great way to support your favorite authors and it just takes a few minutes. Reviews for Pickpocket Countess and Notorious Rake were all very favorable, and both titles scored high in 2008. Now we have to work on the Viscount and the new release in May, "The Earl's Forbidden Ward." Thanks, Bronwyn
